VettedStacks ("we", "us") builds SaaS blueprints for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through vettedstacks.com and how we use it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you type into our contact form: your name, email address, company name (if you choose to share it), and your message. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or cookies on this site.

How we use it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you engage us, delivering the work you asked about. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we do not add you to any mailing list without asking first.

Where it lives

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS, processed by Amazon Web Services on our behalf, and stored in our business email. We keep correspondence as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business record requirements, then delete it.

Your choices

If you want a copy of what we hold about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email reginald.hamilton@vettedstacks.com and we will take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
