VettedStacks ("we", "us") helps businesses evaluate software, automation, and AI. This policy explains what information we collect through vettedstacks.com and how we use it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

When you submit a contact form or discussion brief, we receive your name, email address, company or briefing context, and the message and selections you choose to send. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or cookies on this site.

Interactive discussion pages save your selected research topics, draft priorities, notes, and reading progress in your browser tab so they can be restored when you refresh the page. Your discussion draft is not sent to VettedStacks until you submit the form. Reading progress stays in your browser. Name and email fields are not saved by this draft feature. Use “Clear draft” to remove the draft from the tab. Downloading a brief creates a file on your device without submitting it to us.

How we use it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you engage us, delivering the work you asked about. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we do not add you to any mailing list without asking first.

Where it lives

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS, processed by Amazon Web Services on our behalf, and stored in our business email. We keep correspondence as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business record requirements, then delete it.

Your choices

If you want a copy of what we hold about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email reginald.hamilton@vettedstacks.com and we will take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
